Overweight and obesity are both labels for range of weight that greater than normal Weight. The terms also identify ranges of weight that have seen to the certain diseases and other health difficulties. Approximately one-thirty of the global population is Overweight or obese.

Weight gain is due to imbalance between caloric intake and energy expenditure. When the child is above the healthy weight for age and height, it is called "obesity". Obesity is calculating the BMI. BMI is at or above the 95th percentiles it's indicate obesity.

  • Daily eat five or more serving’s fruits and vegetables.
  • Less screen time( like playing video games, Television and movies).
  • More creative and physical activity.
  • Health eating, more protein consumption protect body muscles and vitamins mineral consumption also more as compared to starch fast foods.
  • Avoid Street foods and fast foods.
